that 0 Yung would be glad to have his claim against the
United States Government included in the schedules of British
claims to be submitted to arbitration under the Special
Agreement of 16th. August, 1910, but that he is unable, owing
to the length of time which has elapsed since the incident
took place, to produce any further evidence in support.
